Hyperbuilding Volume 2 is an 8-week gym-based training program focused on building strength and lean muscle through a strategic blend of heavy compound lifts and hypertrophy-driven volume. Each week includes five structured workouts designed around progressive overload, recovery, and long-term performance.
This program also includes dedicated metabolic conditioning sessions and cardio guidance to support work capacity and body composition without compromising strength gains. Built for lifters who are looking to train with intention and value intelligent programming.
