The program responsible for converting hundreds of hopeful SOF candidates into operators. This program is 8 weeks long and is developed by a former USAF CCT for those who are interested in SOF career fields but are unsure of the rigors associated with the pipeline. The guide is an excellent tool for showing you how you should be training for peak performance includes a blend of rucking, running, swimming, weight lifting and calisthenics. Make yourself better, more efficient, stronger and have the ability to endure when others cannot.
Intended to be used by candidates preparing for a career within Military Special Operations that includes water stress such as the BUD/s, MARSOC, Special Forces, CCT, and PJ pipelines.
It does not matter if you are choosing a specific career, this program is designed to improve whoever uses it; regardless of fitness level. If anything, this program will expose you to an alternate approach towards fitness.
-Hiking boots or mil issued

-Snorkel (basic, no purge valve)
