My name is Matt Saqueli, born and raised in Connecticut, currently active duty in the Air Force. I enlisted 4 years ago and weighed 130 lbs at basic training. I started training 3 years ago and quickly fell in love with improving myself physically. After trial and error with different styles of lifting and dieting, I finally nailed it! The program I designed is for you to avoid the trial and error phase and is exactly what I wish I started with. Although it’s great for beginners, it’ll still benefit experienced lifters. It’s a combination of training that’ll improve not only your strength, but develop muscle mass.
